Padova Pride 2026: “QueerStorm” in the City Streets
11 May 2026
Sherwood Festival 2026 in Padua
13 May 2026
From June 5 to September 12, 2026, the Padua Fairgrounds will once again host the Pride Village, now in its nineteenth edition. Spanning over 9,000 square meters with three active stages, it stands as the largest inclusive summer festival in Northern Italy. This year’s program promises to be particularly rich, with an expected attendance of over 250,000 people ready to experience three months of music, culture, and rights.
Guest Calendar: From June to September
The opening on Friday, June 5, will be an unmissable event featuring Ambra Angiolini and the inaugural concert by Gaia, who will perform tracks from her latest album and her global hit “Sesso e samba.” The opening weekend will continue on Saturday, June 6, with a DJ set by Albertino and the provocative irony of Immanuel Casto.
June will see other major events: Mille will perform on June 19, while Boss Doms, one of the most innovative producers on the Italian electronic scene, will take the stage on June 27. A seasonal highlight is July 4 with Melanie C: the Sporty Spice has chosen Padua for her only Italian date, an international event of the highest caliber.
The festival will head toward its conclusion with two big names in September: on September 11, the queen of cartoon themes Cristina D’Avena returns, followed on September 12 by the grand finale with Ditonellapiaga, closing the event with her sharp pop style.
Beyond Music: Talks, Theater, and Culture
Pride Village is not just about nighttime entertainment. Every week, the festival offers a dense calendar of cultural talks and debates addressing civil rights, current events, and literature. Afternoon and evening meetings will feature activists, writers, and social journalists, turning the area into a safe space for reflection and dialogue. There will also be queer-themed theater and film festivals, as well as outdoor activities and sports areas, making the Village experience complete for all age groups.
